Welcome to the journey of Ostaad.pk, a venture founded in 2023 by three visionary IBA students determined to reshape the landscape of service provision in Pakistan. The inception of this groundbreaking idea can be traced back to 2019 when our CEO/CMO and Co-founder, Zain Mirza Chughtai, conceived the concept. Hindered by a lack of resources at the time, Zain put the venture on hold until he found the perfect collaborators in our CFO, Amad Ahmed Sheikh, and our COO, Syed Nohad Ahsan. The trio, each bringing their unique expertise to the table, seamlessly blended their skills to give birth to Ostaad.pk.

Zain Mirza Chughtai : Co-Founder CEO and CMO
Introducing Zain Mirza Chughtai, our CEO and CMO, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience as a CEO and managing director. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and marketing, he currently serves as the Managing Director of a successful engineering firm, where he has demonstrated exceptional skills in project management. Zain's leadership extends beyond our platform, as he is actively involved in overseeing all marketing and managerial decisions.
In addition to his achievements in our current venture, Zain is not only a seasoned professional but also an innovator. He has pioneered a groundbreaking polymer composite by utilizing waste human hair bonded with polymer. His notable accomplishments have garnered recognition and awards from IMechE Malaysia, especially for his contributions to Speak Out For Engineers (SOFE) initiatives. This multifaceted background uniquely positions him as a dynamic leader, guiding our team towards success in diverse domains.
Amad Ahmed Shaikh : Co-Founder and CFO
Meet Amad Ahmed Shaikh, the Co-founder and CFO of Ostaad.pk, whose expertise extends far beyond the realm of finance. Amad is not only a Level 1 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA® Program) but also holds certifications in Management and Communication from Harvard Business Publishing Education. His academic prowess is complemented by professional training in Primavera P6 and certification in Spreadsheet Modelling, both acquired through Harvard Business Publishing Education. With a solid foundation in civil engineering, Amad plays a pivotal role in steering Ostaad.pk towards financial excellence, making critical decisions that contribute significantly to the company's success.

Syed Nohad Ahsan : Co-Founder and C0O
Introducing our Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Syed Nohad Ahsan, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management. In addition to his role at OSTAAD.pk, Syed Nohad Ahsan has a rich background in running operations in various firms, showcasing his proficiency in overseeing and optimizing business processes.
Furthermore, he serves as a Planning Manager for a non-governmental organization dedicated to training individuals in diverse skill sets such as HVAC, Electric, Carpentry, and more. His involvement in this capacity reflects his commitment to empowering individuals with valuable skills. As a Board Member of IDARA AL KHAIR, he actively contributes to the organization's mission and vision.
